This painting was inspired by a moonlit night aboard the "Fantom", a 300 ft. yacht operated by Windjammer Cruise Lines. Unfortunately, this magnificent yacht, formerly owned by Aristotle Onassis was caught in Hurricane Mitch off the coast of Honduras. It was last heard from on October 27, 1998 and rescue efforts have found none of the 31 passengers. This print is now dedicated to the memory of the last voyage of the "Fantom".
